The Weasel Creek String Band and Crooked Pine String Band are local old time mountian music bands that feature Earthshine Mountian Lodge co-founder Marion "Weasel" Boatwright. 

The Rough and Tumble String Band is based at the Rough and Tumble Bush Lodge on the South Island of New Zealand.  Our own Marion "Weasel" Boatwright is not only a member of the band but also the owner of the Rough and Tumble Bush Lodge. 

The Lodge Ladies are Steve's wife Marian O'Neil and friends Carrie Arrowood and Tana Alfrie.  They are a local trio of friends of Earthshine Lodge who love to get together around the campfire and at the lodge and and sing old time hymns, mountain music and more.  

The Steep Canyon Rangers are a local bluegrass band from Brevard, NC.  They have graciously granted us permission to use their music in our Earthshine Nature videos!  We have included some of the songs that you may hear in our videos here for you to enjoy.  If you love their sound and want more,  then check them out on their website
